At Awaretrain, we process a significant amount of confidential information relating to our customers, employees and our own organisation. To protect this information from unauthorised access, loss or damage, we have implemented an ISMS and achieved ISO 27001 certification. This certification confirms that we manage information security in a structured, consistent and effective manner. Awaretrain has been officially ISO 27001 certified since 16 November 2021 and successfully passed its recertification audit in 2024. This means our processes, procedures and controls have been independently assessed and approved by an external party. We undergo regular audits and reviews to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of our ISMS and to implement improvements where necessary.
For you as a customer, this provides clear confidence that we meet high standards for information security. Our certification also supports you in demonstrating compliance within your own organisation and to regulators or supervisory authorities.
Employee awareness is a key component of ISO 27001. Awaretrain continuously invests in security awareness through training, simulations and other awareness initiatives. This not only strengthens our own organisation, but also helps our customers embed awareness and secure behaviour structurally within their organisational culture.
