Each pricing plan includes access to the Awaretrain platform, training modules, phishing functionality and supporting materials. The exact contents depend on the plan you choose.
You can try Awaretrain free for 28 days with a trial account. This allows you to experience how the platform works, how recognisable the content is and how easily your colleagues can get started. We’ll of course get in touch to discuss your experience. If you decide to continue, we’ll help you choose the plan that best fits your organisation.
After the trial period, the account ends automatically. If you choose not to continue, all data and test results will be fully deleted.
Yes. Multi-year plans come with attractive discounts. The level of discount depends on the contract duration and number of users.
Yes. Educational institutions and non-profit organisations are eligible for reduced pricing. Please indicate this when requesting a quote.
No. Our pricing plans are not automatically renewed. You’ll receive a timely reminder and we’ll discuss together if and how you’d like to continue.
If you exceed the agreed number of users, we’ll contact you first. You’ll have the option to adjust usage. If the higher number of users remains active, we’ll invoice the additional usage based on the agreed tiered pricing for the remainder of the contract term.
Yes. You can upgrade your pricing plan or increase the number of users at any time. We’ll ensure a smooth transition.
Yes. Our entire platform and all training modules are available in 9 languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Czech. Training videos are voiced by native speakers, allowing you to train international colleagues effectively.
This depends on the pricing plan. With Start and Grow, you’ll have access to extensive self-service resources to get started independently. If you have questions, our customer support team is always available.
With Pro or Pro+, our Customer Success team supports you with implementation, adoption and long-term embedding. Our team proactively supports you, from technical setup to strategic alignment.
