In which languages are the platform and training courses available?
Our entire training platform is available in 9 different languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, and Czech. Training videos are narrated by native speakers, so you can effectively train your international colleagues as well.
How long does it take to complete a training course?
The time required for a training course depends on the number of trainings you choose. On average, one training module takes between 3 and 15 minutes. With a content library of more than 60 modules, we have nearly 10 hours of material for you to use. We recommend spreading the modules throughout the year to maintain constant security awareness. At Awaretrain, we believe security awareness is not a one-time project but a continuous process.
How much time is needed to implement Awaretrain within my organisation?
Our platform is plug and play, so you can start training and phishing your colleagues quickly. There are no lengthy procedures or hours spent on the helpdesk because the platform is too complex. We keep everything as straightforward as possible for you. With just a few clicks, you can configure the platform, import users, and launch your first training programme and phishing campaign. How long do I need to run a security awareness campaign?

How often is the platform content updated?
With a content library of over 70 modules, there is already plenty of material to choose from. However, it remains crucial to keep the information up-to-date and to add the latest developments in information security. Therefore, we promise 6 new modules per year.

Is there a free trial period?
You can try our security awareness platform and phishing simulator free for 28 days. You and 4 colleagues can explore all the features and the extensive content library. Additionally, it is possible to test up to 5,000 employees with the phishing simulation. After the 28 days, your test account will automatically expire. You are not obligated to anything.
Can the platform be integrated with other systems?
Single sign-on
Awaretrain supports single sign-on (SSO) for Microsoft Azure (Office365), Google Workspace, and SURFconext. With SSO, users can log in to Awaretrain using their corporate credentials, eliminating the need to create a separate Awaretrain account.
User sync with Microsoft Entra ID
If your organization uses Microsoft Entra ID, it is possible to synchronize users and groups with Awaretrain. This way, you only need to manage users in one place, Entra ID, ensuring that users in Awaretrain are always in sync with your employee database.
